The founding members of the Remsen Performing and Visual Arts Center set out with a goal to create a place for our community to join together and celebrate the arts.
Remsen Concert Series
We have some amazing concerts lined up! From jazz and blues to rock & roll to Americana. Some new bands and also some you may have seen before.
This project is made possible through the CNY Arts Grants for Regional Arts and Cultural Engagement regrant program thanks to a New York State Senate Initiative supported by the NYS Legislature, the Office of the Governor and administered by the New York State Council on the Arts. Plus members, community support, and the Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties.
Remsen Art Market
Shop the Remsen Art Market inside our building during the Remsen Barn Festival of the Arts September 27-28 - 10am-5pm. Plus visit our booth in front of the arts center .
Each year we will be presenting art throughout our building. All art is for sale. To view the art stop in for an event or contact us for an appointment.

Wednesday Nov 12 @ 6:30pm - Open Mic Night Hosted by Kevin Keating - Free Will Admission. Live music and entertainment. Join as a participant or audience member.
Saturday Nov 15 @ 10am-3pm – Model Railroad Show - The Remsen Arts Center presents the 9th Annual Model Railroad Show. Fun for the entire family! Free General Admission, donations accepted.
Saturday Nov 29 @ 5:30pm – "Right Here on Hinckley" Video Presentation - The documentary ”Right Here on Hinckley" by local video director Zach Surprenant. Free Will Donation General Admission.
Friday - Sunday Dec 5-7 – Christmas in the Village Weekend Free - Parade, Family Sing-along, Santa, Art, Music, and fun for the entire family.
